We understand that parents considering overseas sports exchange want to know what their child may learn and how travel and group arrangements will be handled. This page outlines the matters we consider when planning activities. The scope and responsible parties for each confirmed activity will be set out in its specific documents.
THE TRAINING
How Is the Training Focus Chosen?
We begin by learning about the athlete's sport and training background, then explore suitable overseas training or exchange concepts. Coaches, venues, training sessions, exchanges and any performance analysis will be described once a specific activity is confirmed.
THE TRAVEL
Who Handles the Travel Arrangements?
GoldmanSportsX focuses on sports exchange concepts and training content. Outbound travel services for each individual activity will be handled by its designated licensed travel agent in Hong Kong. When a specific activity opens for applications, the relevant page and documentation will clearly identify the travel agent, its licence number and the travel services for which it is responsible.
GROUP SUPPORT
What Support May Be Available During the Trip?
Depending on the programme, arrangements may explore Hong Kong group support personnel, Japan-based coordination and other assistance. Once confirmed, parents will be told what supervision, emergency contacts, insurance and contingency arrangements actually apply. This site does not make blanket assurances before arrangements are finalised.

Families should review the final programme's training activities, itinerary, accommodation, transportation, meals, supervision, fees and key terms when these are published. Formal documents relating to outbound travel will be provided and handled by the responsible licensed travel agent in accordance with its obligations.
